SUMMERLAND — More than 20,000 residents have been compelled to evacuate their homes in British Columbia due to an aggressive wildfire that has rapidly advanced toward communities near Okanagan Lake. Additionally, around 8,000 residents in and around Peachland, located on the western shore of the lake in the B.C.
