"Two Indecent Exposures Under Investigation in Kings"

Kings District RCMP is exploring two acts of indecent exposure that are believed to be unrelated

Kings District RCMP is currently investigating two separate incidents of indecent exposure that are not believed to be linked. The first occurrence took place on June 25, 2025, around 6:30 p.m. on the Harvest Moon Trail, located between Commercial Street and Bent Road near Berwick. Officers received a report of a man exposing himself, prompting them to quickly respond to the scene.

Upon their arrival, the RCMP officers conducted a thorough search of the area and spoke with local residents, but unfortunately, the suspect was not located. According to the police description, the suspect is approximately 30 years old, stands around 5'10", and was last seen wearing a white tank top and black shorts.

In a related but distinct incident that occurred the following night, Kings District RCMP received another report of a man exposing himself. This second report came in around 10:50 p.m. and was in close proximity to Highway 358, specifically near the 960 block in Port Williams. Similar to the previous incident, police responded to the scene and conducted patrols but were unable to locate the suspect.

This second suspect was described as being between 40 to 50 years old. Witnesses indicated that he was wearing a t-shirt, shorts, a ball cap, and was carrying a backpack at the time of the incident. Given that the suspects from both incidents are of different ages and physical descriptions, the Kings District RCMP has stated that they do not believe the two cases are related.

As part of their ongoing investigations, the RCMP is urging anyone who may have information pertaining to these incidents to come forward. They can contact Kings District RCMP at 902-679-5555. There is also an option to submit anonymous tips through Crime Stoppers for those who prefer to remain unidentified.

Both investigations are actively being pursued by law enforcement, highlighting the importance of community vigilance and cooperation in resolving such incidents. The Kings District RCMP remains committed to ensuring the safety and security of the local area, as well as addressing the concerns of residents regarding public decency and conduct.
