A man is currently in custody awaiting a court appearance linked to multiple reports involving indecent acts directed towards women in Cole Harbour, Nova Scotia. The situation has escalated as police confirmed they received separate complaints from at least two women regarding the inappropriate behavior of a man on local trails.

The first incident occurred on August 21, around noon. A woman was utilizing a trail that passes through a tunnel located near Circassion Drive and the Forest Hills Parkway. According to her account to the Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP), while she was walking toward the tunnel, a man approached her from behind. When she turned to look at him, she discovered that he had exposed himself. Disturbed by the encounter, the woman promptly left the vicinity.

Following this, another report emerged a few days later, on August 23, at approximately 7:15 p.m. This time, a different woman, who was also walking alone on a trail situated near Chameau Crescent and the Forest Hills Parkway, recounted an alarming experience. She indicated to the officers that she had observed a man who appeared to be fondling himself as she passed by.

In response to these alarming reports, the RCMP initiated proactive patrols within the area and disseminated information to the public in an effort to identify the suspect. As a result of these efforts, the accused was arrested and is anticipated to appear in Dartmouth court on November 10, where he will face charges related to disorderly conduct.

Moreover, officials from the RCMP have expressed their belief that there may be additional victims or witnesses connected to the indecent acts reported in the Cole Harbour area.
