TAIPEI, Taiwan (AP) — A devastating fire at a restaurant in Liaoyang, a city located in the northern part of China’s Liaoning province, has resulted in the deaths of 22 individuals and left 3 more injured. The incident occurred shortly after noon, when massive flames were observed erupting from the windows and doors of the two- or three-story establishment.
