MONTREAL – A 35-year-old man named Xavier Gellatly has been charged with first-degree murder following the death of a convenience store owner in Montreal. The incident took place on Thursday, when Gellatly is accused of murdering Chong Woo Kim, the owner of the Fleur Bleue convenience store located on Berri Street.
On the morning of the incident, Montreal police responded to an emergency call at approximately 7:30 a.m. Upon their arrival at the scene, they discovered Kim unresponsive inside the store.
