Vancouver - Jongwon Ham, the man accused of murdering RCMP Constable Shaelyn Yang in a Burnaby, British Columbia park, has been deemed unfit to stand trial. This decision was announced during a video conference in the British Columbia Supreme Court in Vancouver.
