The Halifax Regional Municipality has appointed Marnie Cluckie as its new Chief Administrative Officer (CAO), with her tenure set to begin on September 23. Cluckie is transitioning to her new role from Hamilton, Ontario, where she has served as the city manager. Prior to this position, she gained experience as the CAO for Niagara-on-the-Lake.
