The blast took place approximately 95 kilometers (60 miles) northwest of Bangkok. Local officials reported that the explosion happened in a building designated for the production of fireworks. The rescue efforts revealed that two additional individuals were hospitalized in critical condition, while the provincial public relations department confirmed at least one more person sustained injuries.
