TORONTO  The upcoming Legends Induction ceremony will showcase several prominent music figures celebrating the newest inductees to the Canadian Songwriters Hall of Fame. This event is set to take place on October 17, 2025, and features an impressive lineup of performers and presenters.
Among the notable artists participating in the ceremony are Ed Robertson, k.d. lang, Tom Cochrane, and Chantal Kreviazuk. Organizers have announced that k.d. lang will induct the celebrated singer-songwriter Jane Siberry, known for her poignant track “Mimi on the Beach.” Additionally, rock legend Tom Cochrane will honor the rock trio Triumph, who are famed for their hits such as “Lay It On the Line.”

This inclusion of francophone artists highlights the rich musical diversity present in Canada.
